Carl-Johan Clemedtson
Co-Founder and CEO
Carl-Johan is the co-founder of VOOB and leads the company’s strategy, sales, and external relations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University and a master’s degree in Global Management from Regent’s University in London.
With several years of experience in healthcare staffing and international recruitment, Carl-Johan has focused in particular on developing long-term, socially beneficial solutions to the staffing challenges within the Swedish healthcare system. He has previously worked in auditing and financial reporting, which has provided him with solid knowledge of accounting, corporate governance, and public finance – a strength in dialogues with municipalities and regions.
He has been instrumental in building VOOB’s framework for education, migration, and labor market integration in close collaboration with public-sector stakeholders. Carl-Johan is responsible for contacts with the National Board of Health and Welfare, the Swedish Migration Agency, trade unions, and other relevant authorities – including issues related to work permits, license conversion, and professional establishment in Sweden.
His work is based on a strong belief in systemic solutions that combine quality, continuity, and human-centered values – with the goal of creating sustainable structures for workforce provision across the entire healthcare sector.
Safal Gill
Co-Founder
Safal is one of the co-founders of VOOB and is primarily responsible for the recruitment side of the organisation. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Management from Regent’s University in London and is also a certified nutritionist – reflecting his broad interest in health, leadership, and social development.
Before founding VOOB, Safal worked as Technical Director at Gilco India, where he led a team of over 350 employees. Today, he uses this experience to build robust and long-term sustainable structures for recruiting the right nurses with the right motivation for the Swedish healthcare system.
With a strong network in India’s healthcare sector and deep insight into both its culture and education systems, Safal ensures that recruitment is carried out with high quality and respect for both the individuals and the receiving organisations. He is driven by a strong sense of social responsibility and a commitment to practical solutions – both for Swedish healthcare and for the nurses seeking a new future in Sweden.
Vinny Dhadly
Co-Founder & COO
Vinny has a background in law, economics, and organisational development, and is a co-founder of VOOB. She is responsible for recruitment, legal compliance, and administration – with a focus on ensuring that all processes are well-managed and aligned with both regulatory requirements and operational needs.
Having previously run her own business, she brings extensive experience in leading teams and establishing systems that are built to last. Her strength lies in combining clarity and structure with a deep commitment to people. She is passionate about creating a sense of security – both for the nurses arriving in Sweden and for the organisations that welcome them.
Vinny works closely with VOOB’s partner organisations to ensure that recruitment processes are legally sound, transparent, and sustainable – with particular emphasis on ethical conditions and effective onboarding.
